The Ketheric layer.

This is the highest vibratory layer better known as ascension light and cannot be experienced from our 3D incarnation. It is our connection to the Universe and  the source of everything, we are always connected but cannot access it until we have evolved. It is seen as a pure bright white light that extends over 6 feet from the body.

The Spirit layer.

Better known as the higher self it is a very high and sensitive vibrational energy and can be experienced during deep meditation. This Layer is where all our memories and wisdom  from all our lives is held, it can be seen as a pale golden light that extends over 2 feet from our body.

Causal layer.

The Astral layer.

This layer is not attached to any physical body like the other two, it can independently leave and move around attached only by a silver or golden cord. This is the layer that can interact with the 4th dimension during Out of Body Experiences and astral projection. A trail or streak of light is seen on the astral plane as the astral body moves, a sort of psychic residue. Upon death the silver/gold cord is completely severed and the astral body can leave permanently. This layer is very high vibration and can be seen as a white or pale blue light extending over a foot from the body

The Mental/Emotional layer.

This is a layer of subtle energy that expresses out thoughts, emotions and feelings. This layer can be a variety of coloured lights and can extend  about 5 inches from the body. The type, vibrancy and density of the colours reflect the physical and emotional state of the person. The clearer and brighter the colours are the better a person is, the murkier and denser the colours are means  there is an imbalance.

The Etheric layer.

This is the layer closest to the physical body and is composed of EM energy which is usually seen as a bluish light about an inch from the body. This layer is affected when a body  becomes tired and unbalanced. During illness this layer will appear thin and weak in colour with a bulge where any physical damage occurs as opposed to when we are excited it will appear bright and vibrant.
